We are in need of 2 Paramedics/Clinicians.  One in Alpharetta and One in Sandy Springs with strong IV skills to support our interventional psychiatric treatments. This role independently manages IV placement for Ketamine infusions and assists with TMS and Spravato treatments. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Start peripheral IVs and manage Ketamine infusions
• Monitor patients and document in Athena EMR
• Administer TMS sessions and Spravato per REMS protocol
• Prepare charts, complete treatment notes, and follow up with patients
• Support psychiatrists with patient communication
• Maintain clean, stocked treatment rooms and manage supplies

Qualifications

• Active Paramedic certification (NREMT‑P or state equivalent)
• ACLS and BLS required
• Strong IV placement and infusion experience
• 1–2 years clinical experience preferred
• Experience in psychiatric, infusion, or specialty outpatient care is a plus
• EMR experience; Athena preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, compassion, and professionalism
